Rebecca has an impressive trajectory in the world of sustainable engineering and environmental services. Starting in August 2023, Rebecca will deliver the vision of Verdantas, a private equity-backed powerhouse with an ethos ingrained in fostering a people-focused culture and pioneering forward-thinking, digitally-driven expertise across an expansive U.S. market landscape.

Before assuming the COO role, Rebecca demonstrated her leadership prowess as the Senior Vice President - Northeast District Leader at WSP USA. Here, she galvanized a diverse cadre of over 1,000 professionals across sectors such as Energy, Water, and Transportation, channeling their talents to achieve operational success and growth in decarbonization, resiliency, and equity. During this time, she also held board positions for the New York Building Congress and Regional Plan Association, leveraging her influence in the engineering space to impact her community in the near and long term.

Her tenure as the New York District Leader for WSP and her role as COO for Earth & Environment further accentuated her aptitude for operations, particularly during phases of rapid acquisitional growth. She adeptly maneuvered a 1,700-member environmental services business, emphasizing streamlined operations and maximized value while leading through change and transformation for the team. Her professional journey also took her to the heart of New York as the Lead Engineer and Senior Project Manager with WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, where she helmed pivotal projects for the community like the LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal B Redevelopment, which was the first Project to achieve Envision Platinum rating for sustainability and resiliency.
