She has worked with large national and global companies in the retail, consumer packaged goods, and service industries, including 10 years in the AEC sector. Throughout her career, April has focused on streamlining processes, creating employee- centric programs, and cultivating positive organizational cultures.

Her passion lies in helping employees thrive through career growth and development. Additionally, she emphasizes the importance of strong leadership, encouraging supervisors to lead with confidence and empathy. April’s extensive background covers benefits management, employee engagement, employee relations, and M&A due diligence and integration. She views HR as a customer service function, supporting both employees and leaders as they navigate their experiences within our company.
