We are thrilled to announce that Jim Sobieraj, PE, has joined the Verdantas Team as our new Senior Vice President / Geographies Regional Leader! With nearly three decades of experience in engineering and environmental science, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.

Jim has successfully transitioned from project and client management roles to business leadership, with a strong focus on water and environmental services. His extensive background will be instrumental in shaping our business strategy and driving priorities to achieve top-line revenue growth.

Jim is deeply passionate about fostering successful teams. He excels at enhancing productivity, breaking down communication barriers, and nurturing top talent. His commitment to these values aligns perfectly with our mission at Verdantas.

In his new role, Jim will provide additional support to our regional operations leaders, ensuring they have the resources needed to promote operational excellence and people-focused leadership as we continue to grow. Jim will also report directly to our Chief Operating Officer, Rebecca Ashton.
