Verdantas provided design for sidewalk improvements along 142nd Place in Duvall, WA. The project was designed in two phases. Phase 1 improved approximately 800 LF of sidewalk from 280th Avenue NE to 278th Avenue NE, and Phase 2 designed 800 LF of sidewalk from 278th Avenue NE to 275th Avenue NE. The projects created five-foot-wide sidewalks with ADA ramps to connect and complete portions of pedestrian walkways. Our design included concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, stormwater improvements, minor widening, a bike lane, and landscaping. Verdantas’ surveyors provided a topographic mapping of the project area.
