Verdantas provided architecture services from schematic design through construction documents for this new $21 million office building. The three-story, 94,000 sq ft facility includes state of the art, flexible office space, training areas, and all necessary support space. This project incorporates energy and environmental design technologies and is pursuing LEED Silver certification.

Verdantas’ pre-design work saved our client time and money. Our team evaluated all the major building elements before design, allowing Geisinger to proceed cost-effectively and for an integrated process that ultimately met LEED energy-efficiency initiatives.  

Following completion, Verdantas designed a 34,000 sq ft addition to the building which includes an atrium space as a benefit to employees and visitors and a gathering space for special function.
