Accredited Testing Laboratories
Reliable materials testing is essential to maintain quality, consistency, and accountability throughout construction. Verdantas operates multiple accredited testing laboratories that meet the requirements of AASHTO re:source (AMRL) and CCRL programs, providing accurate, defensible evaluations of soils, asphalt, concrete, reinforcing steel, and geosynthetics to verify compliance with project specifications and applicable standards. In addition to the nationally recognized programs, Verdantas laboratories carry state and local accreditations through Division of State Architects (DSA), Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI, formerly known as OSHPD), Caltrans as well as federal accreditation through United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) .
Laboratory services are fully integrated with our field and engineering teams, ensuring test results are interpreted within the broader context of design intent and site conditions. Our laboratories maintain strict accreditation standards through regular audits, proficiency sample participation, and ongoing equipment calibration, reinforcing the reliability and traceability of all test results.
With experienced technicians, calibrated equipment, and rigorous quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures, we deliver timely and dependable data that supports construction progress without sacrificing accuracy. Our testing programs are designed to efficiently confirm that construction materials meet project specifications, plans, and schedules. Field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete—combined with special inspections—provide comprehensive verification of compliance, minimizing delays, and supporting informed decision-making throughout the construction process.
